RENTAL POLICIES:

KAYAK RENTAL INCLUDES:
Kayak, paddle, paddle float, spare paddle, pump, throw line, sprayskirt, whistle, lifejacket

RENTAL & RESERVATION POLICY:
All bookings for rentals require a 50% credit card (Visa ) or cash deposit for each persons registering. Clean boat policy - no charge. However, any damage or lost gear will be charged to the renter at retail price. Late returns will be charged a $10 hourly rate. A credit card security deposit is required on all boat rentals and, a signed waiver is required by persons over 19 years of age. Any person under the age of 19 must have a parent/guardian sign on their behalf. No exceptions please. Rentals of kayaks are at the discretion of the operator (with consideration given to weather, experience, and availability).

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Refunds will be given if cancellation is called in with 48 hours notice, however, there is a $20 service fee for all cancellations. Note: (24 hours or less cancellations) reservation deposits are nonrefundable
